I offer freelance web development services including but not limited to:

  • Custom website development (PHP, Laravel, React, JavaScript)
  • Frontend and backend development
  • Website maintenance and support
  • E-commerce development
  • API integration and database design

3. Project Process

The typical project workflow includes:

  • Initial Consultation: Discuss project requirements and scope.
  • Proposal & Quote: Receive a detailed proposal with timeline and pricing.
  • Agreement: Sign a contract outlining deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
  • Development: I build your project according to specifications.
  • Review & Feedback: You review the work and provide feedback.
  • Final Delivery: Project completion and handover.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A 50% deposit is required before starting any project.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included depends on the project scope agreed upon in the contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges. Major scope changes may require a new quote and timeline adjustment.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you. However, I reserve the right to:

  • Include the project in my portfolio.
  • Use code snippets for future projects.
  • Retain ownership of any pre-existing code or libraries used in the project.

7. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by changes in scope, feedback delays, or unforeseen technical challenges. I will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary information, content, and assets in a timely manner.
  • Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure any third-party services or hosting are properly set up.
  • Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

I strive to deliver high-quality work that meets your requirements. However, I do not warrant that:

  • The services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • All bugs or issues can be resolved within the project timeline.
  • The final product will achieve specific business outcomes.

My services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bardhaman, West Bengal.

13. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
