1. Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required before starting any project. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial consultation, research, planning, and resource allocation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Work Not Started: If no work has been initiated on your project, you may request a refund of the deposit (less any administrative fees).
- Work In Progress: Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed. Refund amount will be prorated based on progress.
- Project Cancellation by Me: If I am unable to complete your project for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or project cancellation after significant work has been completed.
- Delays caused by you (late feedback, missing assets, etc.).
- Scope changes that were not part of the original agreement.
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain, software licenses, etc.).
- Services already delivered and accepted.
- Projects that have been completed and delivered as per specifications.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to souravcodes97@gmail.com with "Refund Request - [Project Name]" in the subject line.
- Include your name, project details, and reason for the refund request.
- I will respond within 5-7 business days to discuss the request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with my work, please contact me first to discuss the issue. I am committed to resolving disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue is a violation of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed, I reserve the right to dispute it and recover any associated fees.
7. Maintenance and Support
Refund policy does not apply to ongoing maintenance or support services. These services are billed separately and are non-refundable once rendered.
8. Changes to This Policy
I reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Projects already in progress will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of agreement.
